• Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/ improvements :
All faculty members follow the Annual academic plan prepared by them at beginning of each year. Faculty members maintains the subject databases.
Students form into groups and each group develops a knowledge bank on selected subject, which will be shared with the faculty and other students later.
• Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance :
Faculty and students are allowed/encouraged to have direct interaction with the Management and the Principal whenever required
• Students Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance: Weekly feedback is taken from the students in each subject of study and thereafter based on the said feedback, faculty-student interaction is arranged to sort out shortfalls, if any.
• Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
Grievance boxes have been arranged on the campus for the use of students. Administrative staff opens the grievance boxes in the presence of the Principal once in a week. Based on the feedback, required steps are being initiated.
